1. The Disservice, and the Standard of Proof

There is a stigma carried by the people of the trans-atlantic slave trade and their ancestors — and part of that stigma is the casual dismissal of their heritage. It was a war they did not participate in, but yet were found at the mercy and abject cruelty in the hands of the people allowed to chasten them. They struck the rock, instead of speaking to it….

When descendants of the enslaved say their forebears were Israelites, they are treated as fantasists. As though it is a badge of honor. However, that could not be farther from the truth. It is a mark of failure and associated with idolatry and worse yet - disobedience to The Most High. Yet when the historical record is actually examined — the royal decrees, the legal codes, the Inquisition trials — a documented Jewish and Israelite presence runs directly through the slave-trade zone of West Africa, family by named family. This part assembles that record. An important note is that to whom much is given, much is required, so essentially, these people awakening from the sleep of curse…. Have ALOT of repenting to do.
